A former board member of Zero to Three, Lia Dean continues to support young children’s charities through her service on the board of Room to Grow. Professionally, Lia Dean works as a senior vice president of national expansion at Capital One, which she joined in 2014.

Prior to joining Capital One, Ms. Dean spent nearly a decade as a partner in the tech, media, and telecom firm McKinsey & Company, where her clients included Fortune 100 companies. She also mentored several consultants and managers within the industry.

Before her work at McKinsey & Company, Ms. Dean served as the director of sales and marketing at CashEdge, Inc., and she interned at CNN and the Wall Street Journal.

Ms. Dean holds an MBA in marketing from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in history from Yale University. In her free time, she runs marathons and works out with CrossFit.
